Make Democratic Workplaces Work for Workers

With Elias Borgmann

Fredag 30.10

10:00 – 10:45

Scene: TBD

Workshop

How do we manage conflicts and emotions as equals? How do we manage stress when we're our own managers? When should I assert my own voice and when am I okay with listening to others?

Propelled by the enthusiasm of making decisions as a collective and leading as a community, we sometimes forget confronting the uncomfortable and existential questions above. At this workshop, psychologist Elias Borgmann invites you to explore how leadership can be more democratic and which new challenges we face when old hierarchies are abandoned.

The questions can never be solved for good, but Elias' workshop is the perfect place to start reflecting on how more democratic workplaces can also work for their workers.

Join whether you already practice collective leadership or if you are just curious to learn more.
